Project type: Active Learning Module
Channel: B2B
Client: Pfizer Pharmaceuticals
The brief
Develop an online Active Learning Module (ALM) to assist healthcare professionals
and enhance their knowledge of smoking cessation through in depth E-learning content
including streaming video and audio.
The platform consisted of 7 Core and Elective modules which provided structured
learning that lead to online assessments and the awarding of RACGP points through
a seamless end to end digital solution.
The result
The online Active Learning platform allowed Pfizer for the first time to award RACGP
points in an online environment. Not only were Health Care Professional able to
access the E-learning content through a web browser, assessors were able to review
modules through an intuitive back-end administration.
The ongoing benefits of such an online ALM are the overall improvements to both
time and cost efficiencies. In the past all evaluations were conducted in an offline
environment which involved large amounts printed material, dispatching and faxing
of modules from and to Health Care Professions with no real measurement or effective
reporting.
