The brief
To create an online E-Learning portal to educate reseller staff about Virgin Mobile
and Broadband products. The greatest challenge was coming up with a strong creative
brand that would create viral awareness of the campaign and drive uptake of the
E-learning portal.
The result
An extremely happy client and positive feedback from reseller staff on the whole
website look and feel. The portal has allowed Virgin Mobile to measure usage and
incentivise, but more importantly monitor the areas where knowledge was lacking allowing
them to focus new training resources.
