Project type: Behaviour modification programme
Channel: B2C/B2B
Client: Pfizer Pharmaceuticals
The brief
To create a 16 week online support program to help patients break their smoking
habits for good whilst taking the drug Champix. With sixteen weeks worth of content
including daily readings and activities, Enscape had to create a robust content
platform that would dynamically serve relevant content to the end users on a daily
basis through both web and mobile channels.
The platform offers a plethora of WEB 2.0 tools to help the patients through the
16 week program including a journal, calendar tracking and SMS scheduling wizard.
The platform also provides comprehensive administrative & reporting tools allowing
Pfizer for the first time to measure an ROI online.
Further to the online component, Enscape also created an educational CD-Rom surrounding
the online programme that was distributed to GP’s around Australia. The CD-Rom’s
core objective was to get GP’s to refer the drug and programme to their patients
looking for ways of managing smoking.
The result
The My Time to Quit project turned into an award winning online behaviour modification
programme. Within the first year there were approximately 10,000 users with a recorded
opt-in rate of 99% on SMS take up.
The platform set a new standard within Pfizer and delivered a stream of positive
feedback from patients using the online program in their quest to quit smoking for
good.
