The brief
Enscape teamed up with N.I.C.T.A (National Information Communication Technology
Australia) in an opportunity assessment for a new mobile software platform they
were developing internally.
The Opportunity Assessment was created to explore the brand and value proposition
of the product, but more importantly detail a study of the current and future markets
and provide a comprehensive competitor analysis.
The result
The opportunity assessment gave the team at N.I.C.T.A key insights that were used in the ongoing development and commercialisation of the mobile platform.
